How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3 days (from the day of a cleared payment) to process your order. Please note orders will not ship until payment has cleared. Large custom orders may require a little longer, please inquire. You will receive a shipping notification from me when your order is shipped. You may need to check your spam filter setting to make sure you can receive my shipping notification. I ship in 1st Class and delivery normally takes 7-21 working days. Please notice that delays are possible due to holidays, strikes, etc.
I will ship by International Priority mail. Please contact me for express shipping options at additional charge. I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail. Please note that there can be no guarantees of delivery unless insurance is purchased as well, although the Finnish postal system is very reliable. If you would like to use the recorded delivery service, please contact me.
I am not responsible for custom duties. Orders that are shipped may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. International customers are responsible for all additional international fees and customs charges. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Gifts, custom orders and social media
If you purchased the jewelry as a gift, email me asap and I will work with you to make sure the order is processed in time to reach the recipient. I can also include a personal note from you, if you wish. The materials I use are all nickel and lead free and all my jewelry is sent in a small gift box ready for gifting.
Custom made: I might be able to adjust sizes and change materials if desired. I can also create customs made pieces. Please feel free to contact me, I love custom orders!
